We make paperwork easy! Making time to fill out paperwork for mortgage financing can be a challenge. Sunset Mortgage makes it a practice to use all available tools to make this process as painless as possible. We can meet you at our office, obtain the information over the phone or you can use our Proprietary On-Line system:

There are 3 EASY Steps:

  1. Log on, start a new application and select your referral source
  2. A credit card is billed $25 – this is credited back to you at closing.
  3. Provide your full name, SS#, DOB, employment, income and basic assets. You do NOT need to provide your liabilities as we obtain these from the credit report.

The process will take about 10 minutes. Once you hit “submit” one of our Mortgage Professionals will follow up with you to begin “fine-tuning” the specific structure.

Expert Assistance: Our Loan Coordinators are always available to assist you in completing all conditions of your loan approval. They will manage the relationship between the Realtors, Appraiser and the Title Officer to insure a smooth and timely closing. Contact one of our mortgage specialists for personal attention.
