We believe it's our job to educate you about your options and to give you all the facts about how different programs work for you. As a direct lender we control the allocation of money, documentation, servicing and underwriting which ultimately provides you with lower rates as well as allows us to close transactions in an expeditious fashion. At Sunset Mortgage we offer a full range of loan options:

FHA & First Time Home Buyer Programs: These programs allow for more lenient credit rating and debt ratio guidelines. The low down payment can also be a gift from a relative, non-profit organization or borrowed from a 401k. If structured appropriately, we can create a loan whereas the borrower will have NO money out of pocket

VA Program: For those of you who are Veterans we have programs which require zero down payment and the ability to have all closing costs paid. These programs allow a Veteran whether from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Coast Guard to purchase a home with no money out of pocket but also keep their payments low.

Conforming/Jumbo: We offer a wide variety of programs to suit each client’s specific needs. We also have the ability to tailor make a program to satisfy those unique situations. Just a few of our program options are listed below:
